Oscar
-Community Coach-National tennis and padel coach, teaching tennis since 1999 and padel since 2008. Former player of the Selección Balear Absoluta, Spanish champions in 2017, and multiple-time Spanish team champion in both absolute and veterans categories. Spanish Veterans Champion with the Balearic Team in 2024. Since 2003, he has been Director of the Tennis Academy at C. T. La Purísima. He is the lead coach of the Grip and Trip Community, sharing technical tips, advice and training videos

Pablo
-Coach-National Padel Coach certified in Spain and Argentina. Former member of the Argentine Junior National Team coaching staff, with Pan American titles and a World Championship runner-up finish. Former professional player on the Argentine circuit and the World Padel Tour. Multiple-time absolute champion in Mallorca, the Balearic Islands, and international team competitions in Italy and Sweden. Since 2016, he has been part of the A2 Sports Pádel coaching team.

Adrián
-Head Coach-Padel coach and sports manager with over 20 years of experience. Head of Coach Education at the Federación Balear de Pádel and founder of A2 Sports Pádel. He has managed leading clubs such as Palma Pádel and Pins Pádel, and organized international events including the World Padel Tour. Specialist in coach education and player development. Currently oversees training programs for over 300 players.

-Head Coach-Director of Fitpoint and padel coach since 2005. Higher Technician in Physical and Sports Activities (TAFAD) and National Padel Coach certified at levels 1, 2 and 3. Born in Mallorca, he began his career as a tennis coach before focusing on padel from 2008 onwards. Since 2010, he has managed his own club, combining sports management and coach development. He made his debut as a coach on the professional circuit in 2021.

Guillermo
-Coach-Padel Coordinator at Fitpoint and padel coach since 2011. National Padel Coach certified at Level 1 and 2. Regional Referee, bringing a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and competitive aspects of the game. He combines on-court coaching with training coordination and program management. Focused on structured player development and long-term progression.

David Ferragut
-Coach-Padel coach and former professional player, ranked as high as number 169 on the World Padel Tour. Balearic doubles champion and player for the Balearic Team over the past five years. With more than a decade of coaching experience, he combines high-performance competition knowledge with a modern methodology adapted to players of all levels. He is currently Sports Director at Padel Indoor La Porciúncula, where he leads the academy, competition teams and tournament organization. His goal is to deliver high-quality training that helps every player improve their technique, tactics and on-court performance.

    Ana was born in the Basque Country, has Catalan roots, and Madrid is her adopted home. Nearly two decades ago, life led her to settle in Palma de Mallorca. Her professional career has been closely linked to communication and event management, particularly within the technology sector, where she developed a strategic, detail-oriented approach focused on creating meaningful experiences. A sports enthusiast since childhood, Ana discovered padel four years ago in Palma de Mallorca. Her passion for padel, the friendships built around the court and the privilege of living on a unique island inspired her to share Mallorca in a different way. Together with Leo, she brought Grip and Trip to life — a project that combines padel, travel and authentic experiences for those who want to enjoy their sport while discovering the beauty of the island.

      Founder & Padel Enthusiast

      Leo is German by origin and Mallorcan by choice. Three years ago he moved with his family to Palma de Mallorca. Drawn by its climate, quality of life and the Mediterranean lifestyle that defines the island. His connection with padel began at the same time as his arrival in Mallorca, combining private lessons and regular matches from the very beginning. Over time, padel became a true passion and an essential part of how he travels and connects with people. Through padel, Leo has enjoyed unique experiences in clubs across destinations such as Miami, the Canary Islands and Málaga discovering that the sport is also a powerful way to connect cultures and people. Grip and Trip was born from this philosophy: to offer padel and travel enthusiasts the opportunity to experience Mallorca in an authentic way, combining sport, travel and the essence of a city as special as Palma.
